Control The Windows 7 Taskbar

Create a shortcut to the desired folder, then go to its properties. In the target field, just add the word "explorer" (no quotes) before the folder path. The shortcut's icon will by default change to the Windows Explorer icon, but it can of course be changed to whatever the user wants. Then pin this shortcut to the taskbar. You can do this repeatedly.
